And while he might fool some of the people, most people are not buying it. A CNN poll released on Wednesday found that the majority of Americans, 53 percent, didn't think the war in Iraq was part of the war on terror. Even more interesting was another survey conducted by Pew Research Center showing, by 45 percent to 32 percent, that Americans were more likely to think the best way to reduce the terror threat is to cut, not add, U.S. military presence overseas. With elections coming up in just two months, it's time for us to turn this anti-war sentiment into a powerful voter bloc.
